The apparel brand for automotive niches
A project that started off as clipart created from real cars and has now grown into a 60+ car art collection that would look cool on t-shirts, posters and stickers.

About the project
0-60 was an art series that Ash created for the automotive community.
Through the pandemic, Ash wanted to use his time to create a collection of artworks to celebrate cool cars. A subsequent result of this was the practice of pattern-designs to be paired each vehicle silhouette.

Challenges
These designs were not created with a particular application in mind, but after the collection reached ten, Ash saw the opportunities expand.
Quickly moving on from the plain canvas-art idea, Ash created a red-bubble page to apply all the designs to merchandise. After reviewing the quality, however, the store was closed and the pieces are now being applied to a limited run of posters, t-shirts, stickers and caps.

The ongoing story
The graphics turned out to be a great pairing, enabling the car illustrations to be applied to merchandise.
The patterns as a whole give a stronger identity to the collection and really separate it from other automotive fan-art.
To tie the entire project together, Ash created a visual identity and social media channels to showcase online. The 0-60 artwork brand is now being used to share all of Ash's on-going automotive art.
When a quality opportunity arises next, Ash will consider more limited-run merchandise. Until then, the series of 60-100 artwork is in production.
